Tim at PEAK PRO FITNESS is an experienced climber and strength and conditioning coach who understands the demands climbing places on your body. As well as coaching the Junior Bouldering Squad, he’s also helped countless climbers like you get off the mat and confidently back on the wall.
This expert 90 minute workshop will take you through the most commonly occurring climbing shoulder injuries. Tim will walk you through his tried and tested 5 step recovery programme, perfect for if you want a clear plan to banish your injury and get back to crushing.
● KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. You’ll discover which of your climbing muscles are tight and which are weak. You’ll look at how to activate those weak muscles in order to create stability in your shoulders. Critically, you’ll learn how to self-massage and stretch to create better posture. He’ll help you put an end to the frustration and focus on the fix.
● BACK TO THE BRINK. Put what you’ve learned into practice and try out your new techniques on the TRX with Tim’s supervision and guidance. He’ll be on hand to guide you through your movements and give you feedback. The ultimate aim? To get you moving and climbing in a way that builds your muscles to bombproof proportions rather than weakening them.
