Tim at PEAK PRO FITNESS is an experienced climber and strength and conditioning coach who understands the demands climbing places on your body. As well as coaching the Junior Bouldering Squad, he’s also helped countless climbers like you hit their targets and start sending!
In this Expert Workshop you will learn some of Tim's tried and tested ways to make sure that you're getting the most out of your training session, getting you quicker results. You’ll learn the basics of structuring your session, what to look for when doing push ups and pull ups & look at some essential techniques to make stretching easier.
● KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. You will learn how to structure your session, from warm up to cool down and the importance of a great warm up. From training your Pull Ups & Push Ups, what goes wrong and how to fix it.
Tim will explain the importance of using 'bolt on' sessions and share some simple and easy to apply ways to increase your flexibility and keep it.
● BACK TO THE BRINK. Learn how to create short, sharp and effective training sessions giving you maximum results with your training, getting you over that crux and into your target zone. Discover the best ways to do simple strength exercises and the super effective progressions. Gain more flexibility with less time spent static stretching.
