Tim at PEAK PRO FITNESS is an experienced climber and strength and conditioning coach who understands the demands climbing places on your body. As well as coaching the GB Development Squad, he’s also helped countless climbers like you hit their targets and start sending!
In this 90 minute workshop you will learn the difference between inner and outer core and how important it is they both work together to keep you on the wall. You will run through the best ways to activate both, have a play on the Indo Board and achieve your climbing goals this summer!
You will learn:
✔︎ What we mean by 'Core'.
✔︎ Basic anatomy of the inner and outer core.
✔︎ Why 'Core Strength' is so important for Climbers & how it keeps you on the wall.
✔︎ How to tell whether your Core is working properly.
✔︎ How to link it all together and apply what you've learnt on to the wall!
